Day 01: A.M., Fly from Addis Ababa to Bahir Dar. P.M., city tour of Bahir Dar. O/n Tana Hotel for two nights.

Day 02: After breakfast, drive to the Blue Nile Falls 35 km per way and walk to the waterfalls. P.M., boat trip on Lake Tana to the church of Ura-Kidane-Mihiret. 

Day 03: Fly from Bahir Dar to Gondar. P.M., visit of the 17th-century royal castle compound, the bath of King Fasil and the Church of Debre-Brehan- Selassie. O/n Goha Hotel. 

Day 04: Fly from Gondar to Lalibela. P.M., visit of the 1st group of the 11 rock-hewn churches. O/n Roha Hotel for two nights. 

Day 05: A.M., an excursion by mule to the church of Asheten-Maria or Neakuto Leab. P.M., visit of the 2nd group the rock hewn churches. 

Day 06: Fly from Lalibela to Axum, the holiest sanctuary of Ethiopia. P.M., city tour of Axum. O/n Yeha Hotel. 

Day 07: Fly back to Addis Ababa.
